Rates - All rates are in USD

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cancellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - By credit cards: American, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, JCB, Greatwall, Peony, Dragon are accepted. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellation - For cancellation of confirmed reservations, there is no cancellation fee if you send your cancellation request 24 hours before date of arrival. For the month of Jan,Feb,Jul,Aug,Dec, cancellation policy is before 1600 hours on day of arrival. Otherwise a cancellation charge will be applied. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Check out time - Check out time is at 12:00. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, excluding taxes, excluding breakfast, excluding service charge.
